Who It’s For

Dedicated founders aged 10-18 who have a solid idea and are ready to commit to a professional developmental path.

From Concept to Real-World Execution

An in-depth journey for serious young founders ready to dive deep into business strategy and real-world execution. Over six transformative months, students transition from initial ideas to fully developed brands, mastering financial modeling, marketing tactics, and operational logistics. It’s where visionary creativity meets professional business practice, empowering the next generation of leaders to build companies that last.

How to Apply

Participation in our Intro 2‑Hour Workshop and 6‑Week Programme is required before joining this 6‑Month Advanced Programme. This ensures each student arrives with a validated idea, core skills, and the commitment needed to get the most from this experience.

The Advanced Curriculum

Phase 1: Foundation

This is where kids roll up their sleeves to see if their idea solves a real-world problem. By exploring different research methods and brainstorming new ideas and solutions. Young founders learn to refine their vision and ensure their business serves a purpose. It’s all about validating the spark before building the fire.

  • Problem validation
  • Research & ideas

Phase 2: Development

This is where kids move from big ideas to building the actual solution. They'll spend time crafting the core details of their product or service, ensuring it really works for their target customers. It's a hands-on stage where young founders learn the importance of user experience, testing their work with real people to see what sticks and what needs tweaking. By gathering feedback early and often, they can refine their offering until it's ready for a professional launch.

  • Build solution (product or service) detail
  • User testing & refinement

Phase 3: Business Basics

In this phase, young founders learn the vital art of business communication and financial literacy. We guide them through the process of articulating their unique value proposition, teaching kids how to talk about their idea with confidence and present it compellingly to others. Beyond storytelling, it's a deep dive into simple budgeting and basic money skills necessary for running a small business. Parents and kids alike will see the value as young entrepreneurs master the foundational skills to manage growth and build lasting professional enterprises.

  • Marketing & branding
  • Simple budgeting

Phase 4: Pitch Success

This is where young founders master the art of the presentation. Kids will learn to share their journey with clarity and confidence, practicing how to explain their product or service to an audience of eager listeners. Through dedicated pitch training and feedback from experienced mentors and local entrepreneurs, they prepare for the ultimate milestone: Demo Day. Here, they'll step into the spotlight to showcase their hard work, celebrate their growth, and present their ideas to a supportive community of parents, peers, and professionals.

  • Pitch training
  • Mentorship & Demo Day

*Ideas that are ready by the end of the programme can go on to take part in a national youth competition, with our guidance at every step.
